WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FILES?
If you ordered a custom design that requires proofing: The design proof will have been reviewed by the BooBean design team who will double-check and tweak your design to make sure it’s perfect. Our turnaround time is 3-5 business days for a proof.
If you ordered an Instant download: Once your payment is confirmed a link to download your purchased files will appear both on screen and in your inbox (to the email address you provided). Please check your spam or promotions folders if you don't see it right away.
HOW TO I PRINT MY FILES?
Files can be printed with a home printer or with a local print or copy shop. Staples or Costco is a popular choice for affordable and quality prints.
Colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, quality of printer used, as well as the many different types or brands of paper and ink you’re printing with. BooBean Design is not responsible for the resulting color variations due to the many variables involved.
How does the glitter/foil print?
Think of the glitter or foil effect as any high-res image. On printed invitations, it will NOT be raised or metallic but will appear like a photo of glitter, much like it does on your screen
REFUNDS & HOLDS
We understand that sometime things don't go according to plan and you may need to postpone or occasionally even cancel event. As our products are completely custom-made we cannot issue refunds after the proof design period has started. But please message us for a case by case basis.
BUSINESS HOURS
We are only open Monday-Friday 10AM-4PM CST. We are closed on the weekends and all Canadian stat holidays. Orders will be processed first in first out. Priority will be given to "Express" and "Same Day <24 Hour" orders.
